Google Review Display Issue – What You Need to Know

We wanted to update you on a recent Google issue affecting reviews and Business Profile data. Since last Friday, some businesses—including a few of our clients—have noticed missing reviews and gaps in data for Business Profile Impressions and Interactions after February 8th. Google has confirmed that no reviews have been removed and that this is a display issue, which also impacts the data for these metrics. They are actively working on a fix, and many businesses have already seen their reviews return along with updated data. We anticipate a full resolution soon.

We know how valuable your reviews are—especially during this time of year when they drive conversions, differentiate you from competitors, and strengthen your SEO. If you’ve noticed missing reviews or discrepancies in your data, rest assured both should be restored soon. In the meantime, we encourage you to continue requesting new reviews. A steady stream of positive feedback will only strengthen your online presence.
