Corey Halstead
Born into the landscape industry, Corey began working in commercial landscape maintenance at the early age of 14 in his uncle's business. Transitioning to the landscape and pool construction side in his early 20s, Corey worked his way from installation crew member to project manager and design/sales roles, eventually switching to the product side of the industry with pavers and walls. Settling into sales and marketing responsibilities in latter roles, Corey combines his hands-on industry experience, with a unique understanding of both the B2B and B2C channels in the business. With over 8 years driving measurable marketing ROI for leading landscape contractors and pool builders, garden center and hardscape dealers, and outdoor living building product manufacturers, Corey heads up sales, marketing, and education at HALSTEAD.

Before leaving her role in management consulting at leading Global consulting firm Accenture to join HALSTEAD full-time, Anna worked extensively in sales and marketing leadership roles in the TV/cable industry. Fueled by an extensive background in process management, consulting, and sales and marketing for hundreds of high-profile clients, Anna brings her corporate growth experience to the landscape industry, responsible for hundreds of successful marketing case studies over her time at HALSTEAD.

Tracy Hart
Overseeing the Project Management and Delivery Teams, Tracy ensures best practices are shared from the services and results that our clients deserve — to how we communicate with clients. Behind the scenes, Tracy is connecting the dots between teams; identifying and implementing training opportunities; reviewing new options and services; regularly driving expectations up; and ultimately and most importantly, helping to deliver continuously increasing amazing above-and-beyond experience and results to our clients. Tracy has dual degrees in mathematics and art and a background in marketing and analytics. She has 20 years in school teaching and marketing, along with a skilled eye for design. When she’s not working, Tracy’s spending time practicing yoga & meditation or hanging out with her husband Brian and her mini poodle Kosar.

Lauren Cullnan
With almost 15 years in various marketing capacities, at HALSTEAD, Lauren oversees clients and other project managers. As a Senior in her role, she manages processes and communications and is always looking to optimize how, what, and when we deliver. Before HALSTEAD, Lauren’s previous experience included overseeing ad spends more than $750,000 and managing creative efforts, including websites, ads, and videography. She is a natural at organizing, communicating, and passionate about proactive planning as well as problem-solving. She is based in the suburbs of Chicago with her husband and two sons. In her free time, Lauren loves to spend time outdoors with her family and explore new local restaurants.

Jim McLaughlin
With over a decade of experience in the landscaping and green industry, Jim has built a deep understanding of the market and customer needs. His career began at a local garden center, where he sold plants, designed landscapes, and gained valuable experience working with both residential and commercial landscaping companies. Starting on the installation crew, he progressed through roles in design, project management, and account management, overseeing a range of residential and commercial properties. A lifelong Ohio resident, Jim holds a degree in Horticultural Science from the University of Cincinnati. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends and passionately supporting his local sports teams.
In his role at Halstead Media, Jim is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored marketing solutions. By building strong relationships and providing customized proposals, he ensures that each client is set up with the right strategies to improve their lead generation, increase visibility, and drive measurable success.

With her passion for creative marketing, a vast background in consumer-focused marketing, and education from the University of Hawaii, Kelsey brings a wide array of experience and tenure to the project management position, ready to help HALSTEAD clients achieve stability, growth, and legacy! When not in the virtual office, this self-proclaimed 'foodie' enjoys the Florida outdoor life (fishing, boating, beaching) with her husband and two Goldendoodles, Basil & Sage.

Martina has enjoyed roles in broadcast production, writing, and content strategy. Words are her passion. She has a double honors degree in English Literature & Sociology from the National University of Ireland (Maynooth) and a postgraduate diploma in Advertising, Marketing & PR from the Fitzwilliam Institute (Dublin). Martina was born and raised in Ireland but now calls Fredericksburg, Virginia home. She is an extensive traveler and has lived on four continents. When she isn’t bouncing words around, she enjoys snooping in second hand book shops, checking National Parks off her list, planning themed birthday parties, and visiting new places. She lives, rustically, in the woods with her husband, 4 kids, and their aussiedoodle, Aengus.

As Matej expanded his focus from design to SEO, he ensured all websites looked great, ranked well, told compelling stories, and reached the right audience. With expertise in tools like Moz and Semrush and a deep understanding of Google’s evolving algorithm, Matej’s research-driven approach ensures competitive results and leads.
Today, as Head of SEO, Matej optimizes new websites from the ground up and works on ongoing SEO strategies for existing clients, enhancing their websites and Google Business Profiles to improve visibility, rankings, and overall performance.

The team and our clients can sense pride in her attention to detail, which has consistently allowed her to transform basic concepts into visually striking creations that adhere to established design principles while pushing design boundaries.
Comfortable in Adobe Suite including Premiere Pro, Adobe Rush, and others, CSS HTML, and plugins, Bethany’s skills range from technical, SEO, and clearly, design! Originally from Canada, and now residing in Arizona, Bethany loves hiking and spending time outdoors with her husband and dog, frequenting her favorite coffee shops, browsing bookstores, and staying up to date with current design trends.

Nikolai, based in New York, is a filmmaker/Journalist. At HALSTEAD, Matteo is our lead videographer and video editor and has been filming projects for HALSTEAD for five years. Other than being one of the very few Italians incapable of cooking anything, Matteo is an award-winning filmmaker with over 10 years of experience. He has worked with numerous clients, including Nike, BASF, American Express, Ferrari, Sumitomo, and Max Mara. When he’s not busy writing, shooting, or editing you’ll probably find him playing with his family, on top of a mountain, or the two things together.
